By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Mint Home Solutions offers window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and permanent LED lighting installation

for residential and commercial properties.

Our services include:

✔ Professional exterior and interior window cleaning
✔ Gutter cleaning and maintenance
✔ Installation of HomeOne permanent LED lighting

By booking a service, you acknowledge that:

Services will be performed as outlined in the agreed quote.Additional work outside of the quoted scope may require an updated estimate.Weather or unforeseen circumstances may impact scheduling.

2. Booking & Payment

A quote is required before service is scheduled. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, E-trasnfer. Deposits may be required for permanent LED lighting installations.Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

If payment is not received within

30 Days Mint Home Solutions reserves the right to take further action, including suspending future services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service may be subject to a fee. If weather conditions prevent service, we will reschedule at the earliest available time.

For permanent LED lighting installations, deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made in 24 Hours

before the scheduled date.

4. Liability & Damage Policy

Our team takes every precaution to protect your home and property.We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, gutters, or electrical systems.If damage occurs due to negligence on our part, we will assess and determine a fair resolution.

Customers must inform our team before service if they are aware of

existing cracks, leaks, or other structural issues

5. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

Window & Gutter Cleaning: We guarantee streak-free window cleaning and clear gutters at the time of service. If you notice an issue within 24 hours, contact us, and we will address it.

Permanent LED Lighting: HomeOne LED lights come with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on defects and performance. Warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather, electrical issues, or improper tampering. If service is required within the warranty period, contact us for assistance.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service, customers should: Provide clear access to the work area (windows, gutters, or roofline). Remove fragile objects near windows or exterior walls. Secure pets or inform us if any special accommodations are needed. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or additional charges

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided (name, address, contact details) is used solely for scheduling and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy

8. Changes to Terms of Service

Mint Home Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
